Ayurveda translates as “The Science of Life, or “The Knowledge of Longevity”, and is a 5000 year old holistic knowledge base that can help align our bodies with the laws of nature. Applying the principles of Ayurveda for each unique individual will result in holistic health, harmony, and happiness. True health is achieved when you are aligned with your own natural and unique state of balance.

Each week we focus on a basic habit that is a core component of self-care. We each identify one small doable step in the direction of “better” and commit to it.

 

Pretty soon, that becomes the new normal. We then take the next step.
