Denise Stone Yoga is passionate about helping you achieve greater health in order to
live your best life. We believe that health is much more than the absence of disease, and
through the ancient sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda we can help you create a personalized
approach to achieving a more balanced and happy life.
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which translates as “The Science of Life”, or “The Knowledge of
Longevity”. This ancient system of wellness describes what is appropriate and inappropriate for
a happy or unhappy life, and describes guidelines for what is essential and relevant for a long
life. Applying the principles of Ayurveda for each unique individual will result in holistic health,
harmony, and happiness. True health is achieved when you are aligned with your own natural
and unique state of balance.
Regular yoga practice enhances mental, emotional, and physical health, allowing life to unfold
with grace and ease. We can help you create a personal daily practice that you can use at home
for pain relief, stress relief, quality sleep, etc.
Denise Stone Yoga offers private and online yoga classes, massage therapy, and Ayurvedic
Lifestyle Consultation. We are here to help you find a specific plan of action through which you
can maintain optimal health and well-being.
There is a direct correlation between health and the willingness to live from our soul. We can

Meet Denise

LMT, E-RYT200, E-RYT500, Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor
Denise has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 years. Throughout the years, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge that she incorporates into her practice in order to help her clients find true health and balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Among the many tools she has in her toolkit is her study and understanding of yoga and Ayurveda. As a Yoga Health Coach and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, Denise incorporates these ancient practices as she guides her clients towards their goals by creating personalized sessions depending on the needs of the client. Sessions might include bodywork, private yoga, and/or nutritional muscle testing to help her clients reach their goals.
